Maintain sections

Manager An Admin user who can manage and assign feedback, workflows, document, images etc. users in the Authors role can maintain sections in a Panviva document.

  1. When the folder tree is displayed select the required document.

  2. Click Edit .

    The document displays.

  3. Choose the next step:

Create section

  1. When a document is displayed determine the location in which you want to insert a section.

  2. Choose the next step:

    To insert the section...

    Then...

    After an existing section

    1. Click .

      The Section options dialog box displays.

    2. Click .

      The Section Name dialog box displays.

    3. Type the section name.

    4. Click OK.

    Before an existing section

    1. Click .

      The Section options dialog box displays.

    2. Click .

      The Section Name dialog box displays.

    3. Type the section name.

    4. Click OK.

Manager inserts a section.

Subtask: Sections and subsections

When inserting sections in a left tabs display document, a subsection is automatically inserted with the section.

Rename a section

  1. When a document is displayed click .

    The Section options dialog box displays.

  2. Click .

    The Section Name dialog box displays.

  3. Overtype the section name.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Manager changes the section name.

Move a section

  1. When a document is displayed select the section to move.

  2. Drag and drop the section to the new location.

    Manager moves the selected section.

Delete a section

  1. When a document is displayed click .

    The Section options dialog box displays.

  2. Click Delete .

    Manager deletes the section and its content.

Activate a taskflow diagram

  1. When a document is displayed click .

    The Section options dialog box displays.

  2. Click .
