Maintain sections
Manager An Admin user who can manage and assign feedback, workflows, document, images etc. users in the Authors role can maintain sections in a Panviva document.

When the folder tree is displayed select the required document.

Click Edit

The document displays.

Choose the next step:
Create section

When a document is displayed determine the location in which you want to insert a section.

After an existing section

Click

The Section options dialog box displays.

Click

The Section Name dialog box displays.

Type the section name.
-
Click OK.
Before an existing section

Click

The Section options dialog box displays.

The Section Name dialog box displays.

Type the section name.

Click OK.

Manager inserts a section.
Subtask: Sections and subsections
When inserting sections in a left tabs display document, a subsection is automatically inserted with the section.

Rename a section

When a document is displayed click

The Section options dialog box displays.

Click

The Section Name dialog box displays.

Overtype the section name.
-
Click OK.

Manager changes the section name.
Move a section

When a document is displayed select the section to move.

Drag and drop the section to the new location.
Manager moves the selected section.
Delete a section

When a document is displayed click

The Section options dialog box displays.

Click
.
Manager deletes the section and its content.
Activate a taskflow diagram

When a document is displayed click
